The business was founded by Aisha Shields and Alton Shields as a small family project that grew into a full gourmet dessert brand, driven by passion and the belief that a single bite can brighten anyone's day.

The Wycked Apple has a strong commitment to community impact, partnering with the KISD 18+ Program to provide young adults with cognitive disabilities the opportunity to learn real-life job skills in a fun and encouraging environment.
